The healthcare division at Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp. (NYSE: DRE) continues to develop medical facilities at a solid pace, as noted below.

However, it is no longer doing so under the name of BremnerDuke Healthcare Real Estate, as it has been known since 2007.

Instead, as part of an “enhanced brand identity” at the company, the healthcare division is now simply Duke Realty Healthcare. The change took place in early August, according to company officials.

The name change for the healthcare unit was also accompanied by the unveiling of a redesigned logo for Duke Realty as a whole.
