Plans continue to take shape for a large outpatient facility that will be part of Princeton HealthCare System’s (PHCS) new replacement campus in Plainsboro Township, N.J., a few miles from its current location in Princeton.

The health system has chosen Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co. to develop the future 146,971 square foot Medical Arts Pavilion on the $442 million campus. The new campus is to be called University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro.

While work is already under way on the 237-bed hospital, a groundbreaking is scheduled for October on the future medical office building (MOB), which is to be connected to the hospital building. An expected completion date for the MOB is May 2012.
