Provider Perspective: It’s still all about capital, providers say

Even though the economy is improving, it could be years before some hospitals and health systems proceed with big new real estate development projects, according to three healthcare executives who spoke at a recent industry event.

The trio made their comments at the “2010 Minnesota Healthcare & Medical Properties Conference,” which was held Feb. 26 in the Minneapolis suburb of Golden Valley. The event was presented by the Real Estate Communications Group, publisher of the Minnesota Real Estate Journal.
