The area near Overlake Hospital Medical Center in Bellevue, Wash., is an emerging medical district.

A new on-campus medical office building (MOB) being developed by Nashville, Tenn.-based Healthcare Realty Trust Inc. (NYSE: HR) should bolster the emergence of this new healthcare hotspot.

Healthcare Realty Trust recently started foundation work on the future $90 million, 190,000 square foot Overlake Medical Pavilion on the campus of the 337-bed hospital.
