CBRE SURVEY SAYS 70% PLAN TO INVEST IN MOBs

The remainder of 2010 and perhaps into 2011 should be a rather robust time for folks in healthcare real estate, and that includes sellers, developers and purchasers of medical office buildings (MOBs).
And while recent signs indicate that there might not be enough MOB product on the market to make for a level, competitive playing field among buyers, a vast majority of investors and healthcare real estate firms plan on buying MOBs in the next year or so. And who is saying this? The potential buyers themselves.
