BOMA MOB CONFERENCE IS SURE TO BE TIMELY

As the deadline for this issue approached, we at Healthcare Real Estate Insights™ were preparing for our annual trip to BOMA International’s Medical Office Buildings and Healthcare Facilities Conference in Philadelphia, June 24-26. We couldn’t look forward to it any more.
That’s because the BOMA MOB conference always provides information that is timely to what’s happening in the industry – we emerge with plenty of great information for a variety of stories. This year’s conference, of course, has plenty of panel discussions focusing on how deals are getting done in such a tight lending environment, whether there are opportunities in distressed assets, and a host of other topics. Most of the discussions are sure to touch on financial-related issues and doing business during a recession.
