What happens if most of the tenants in your medical office building (MOB) are physicians, but they become part of an apparent trend toward more physicians becoming hospital employees?

That was one of the questions posed by a panel discussion at this year’s BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) MOB & Healthcare Facilities Seminar. The session was titled, “Industry Scan: A Diagnostic View of Healthcare.” The panel discussion was one of 16 educational sessions offered at the conference, which was held June 19-20.
