San Antonio-based Atlee Development has partnered with a local physician group, South Texas Oncology and Hematology (STOH), to develop a 130,000 square foot cancer center on a 4.6 acre parcel it acquired within the South Texas Medical Center district in San Antonio.
The new STOH Cancer Center is slated to begin development on a 4.5-acre site near the gateway of the South Texas Medical Center, a cluster of about 45 medical related facilities inSan Antonio.
Under the agreement, STOH will lease the new facility from the partnership, Atlee STOH, Ltd.
