Colliers’ OC group adds ‘healthcare’ title

IRVINE, CALIF., OFFICE COMPILES COMPREHENSIVE DATA ON MEDICAL OFFICES

The Los Angeles Basin is unlike any place in the country when it comes to healthcare real estate. Pricing and values for medical office buildings (MOBs) are higher than almost anywhere, cap rates are in the 5 percent range, lease rates are basically double what they are in most markets, and occupancy rates are very strong.

Amid this backdrop — in Orange County — the Irvine office of Colliers International has had a core group of people concentrating on healthcare real estate services for several years now.
