An established family-practice doctor needed room to expand his offices.
A regional hospital wanted to increase its visibility in a rapidly growing Detroit suburb without investing in real estate.
The result is a new, 88,000 square foot medical office building (MOB) in Lake Orion, Mich., about 40 miles north of Detroit and 17 miles north of Troy.
Beaumont Hospitals agreed to place its name on the building, providing a recognizable brand for patients. Beaumont operates two suburban hospitals,
