An established family-practice doctor needed room to expand his offices.
A regional hospital wanted to increase its visibility in a rapidly growing Detroit suburb without investing in real estate.
The result is a new, 88,000 square foot medical office building (MOB) in Lake Orion, Mich., about 40 miles north of Detroit and 17 miles north of Troy.
