PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – Rendina Cos. recently announced various development milestones regarding MOB projects in Connecticut, Florida, South Carolina and Texas.
The Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.-based firm plans to develop a four-story, 100,000 square foot MOB on the campus of the Hospital of Saint Raphael in New Haven, Conn. Pending city and state approvals, construction is scheduled to begin late this summer. The cost of the project was not disclosed. But, a local newspaper quoted a hospital official as saying the MOB’s cost would be $20 million, which the developer would finance.
