OCEANSIDE, Calif. – In February 2014, it was reported by local news media that San Diego-based Scripps Health had purchased the 4.4-acre site of a former car dealership in Oceanside for about $6.5 million.

EASTON, Mass. – New Bedford, Mass.-based Whelan Associates LLC, which has developed a number of medical and commercial projects in Massachusetts, recently completed Three Washington Place, a 26,000 square foot, two-story MOB on Route 138 in Easton, about 30 miles south of Boston.

HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C. – Indianapolis-based Duke Realty (NYSE: DRE) is continuing its relationship with Raleigh, N.C.-based UNC REX Healthcare with plans for a big expansion of its medical office space in Holly Springs, a city of 25,000 or so residents southeast of Raleigh.
