Outpatient Projects: Rezoning clears the way for MOB on vacant lot in the Chicago suburb of Arlington Heights, Ill.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. – Village of Arlington Heights trustees recently approved a rezoning that allows the construction of a 26,664 square foot MOB on the south side of town, according to the local Daily Herald newspaper.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Louisville-based McMahan Group LLC is developing a 100,000 square foot MOB in Old Brownsboro Crossing, a shopping area that’s home to the 120-bed Norton Brownsboro Hospital, part of Louisville-based Norton Healthcare.
