PEKIN, Ill. – Progressive Health Systems and the City of Pekin hosted a groundbreaking March 23 for the new $16 million ProHealth MOB to be located at the corner of Griffin Avenue and Veterans Drive in Pekin, just south of Peoria in central Illinois.
