MONTCLAIR, N.J. – Residents of Montclair and Glen Ridge, N.J., gathered Feb. 29 in Montclair to attend a joint meeting of the two municipalities’ planning boards and view a presentation of the Draft Redevelopment Plan for the HUMC/Mountainside Hospital campus.
