CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Flagship Healthcare Real Estate Fund II LLC, a joint venture (JV) of Brackett Flagship Properties and Broyhill Asset Management, announced Sept. 8 that it had acquired a 35,854 square foot, off-campus MOB in Greensboro, N.C.
