Outpatient Projects: San Antonio firm plans age-in-place project near health campus in Texas

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas – Earlier this summer, San Antonio-based Alternivest acquired 30 acres of land in New Braunfels on which it plans to build an age-in-place healthcare destination complete with an MOB.

Outpatient Projects: Orthopedics group to own new $20 million building outside of Richmond, Va.

MECHANICSVILLE, Va. – A large Richmond-based orthopedics group is looking to own rather than rent the facilities it occupies. As part of the strategy, the group plans to own a facility under construction next to Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center in Mechanicsville, just north of Richmond, Va.
