MINNEAPOLIS – St. Paul, Minn.-based Wellington Management, which was awarded the development rights for a commercial project at 2101 West Broadway in Minneapolis 2016, recently submitted plans for a two-story MOB and a 150-space parking structure.

ATLANTA – Construction has begun on a previously announced MOB in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, and the future nine-story, 120,000 square foot building is about 30 pre-leased, according to the developer on the project, Atlanta-based The Loudermilk Companies LLC.
