BLOOMINGTON, Ill. — The Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board (IHFSRB) voted unanimously yesterday (Jan. 9) to approve an application from OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington to develop a $25.3 million, 52,704 square foot on-campus MOB.
