News Release: Premise Health signs 11,888 SF lease in Burbank, California for new clinic

JLL represents landlord GPI Companies in lease with healthcare company

LOS ANGELES, September 2026 – JLL announced today that Premise Health has signed a new full floor 11,888-square-foot lease at 2701 West Alameda, a 52,131-square-foot medical office building in Burbank, California. Premise Health is opening a new medical clinic in the space.

Premise Health is the leading direct healthcare company and one of the largest digital providers in the country. It partners with commercial and municipal employers, health plans, unions, and tribes, serving millions of members at more than 900 wellness centers in 47 states and Guam.

JLL’s Chris Isola and Bryan Lewitt represented the landlord, GPI Companies, in the new lease. Premise Health was represented by Jim Lindvall, Dan Sanchez and Chloe Sanchez of JLL.

“Despite some economic uncertainty in the market, we are still seeing strong demand for second generation space in well located medical buildings,” said Chris Isola, JLL Executive Vice President. “Premise Health was attracted to the buildings nearby amenities and proximity to multiple corporate headquarters.”

“Expanding companies are increasingly prioritizing buildings owned and operated by well‑capitalized, proactive landlords who are investing in their properties,” said Bryan Lewitt, JLL Managing Director. “That level of ownership stability and responsiveness is a major differentiator in today’s market and a key factor in long‑term tenant success.”
