Fairfield Advisors facilitated the sale of the Novant Health Medical and Surgical building at 2739 Iron Gate Drive in Wilmington NC. The medical building, which is 20,000 square feet, was built in 2023. Novant Health is the single tenant and is on a longer term NNN lease. Novant is providing a range of higher acuity services including oncology nerve block and mammography procedures.

It was an $11,240,000 sale and Fairfield has closed on $1.22B of health care real transactions.
