Berkadia Medical & Life Sciences is pleased to announce the successful sale of St. Cloud Surgical Center, a 43,512-square-foot ambulatory surgery center located in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Eric Lee, Sabrina Solomiany, Vasili Davos, Chris Lashmet, and Kyle Saifi of Berkadia Medical & Life Sciences led the transaction on behalf of the seller, Minnesota-based St. Cloud Orthopedics.

St. Cloud Surgical Center is a mission-critical, purpose-built ambulatory surgery center that has served Central Minnesota for more than 50 years. The Property features 11 operating rooms, 35 patient rooms and bays, and a Recovery Care Unit, supporting 9,000–10,000 procedures annually. The Property is 100% leased to St. Cloud Outpatient Surgery, Ltd., a partnership between SCA Health and 35 physician owners. With its long operating history, recent expansion and modernization, and position within St. Cloud’s regional healthcare hub, the deal represented a best-in-class ambulatory surgery center.
