Concierge healthcare provider’s second location expands access for patients across Chicago’s north and northwest suburbs
BUFFALO GROVE, Ill. (Oct. 13, 2026) — NAI Hiffman, one of the nation’s largest independent real estate services companies, today announced it represented Location Finders International (LFI) in an 8,105-square-foot lease with True Health at 1450 Busch Parkway in Buffalo Grove, Ill.
The new location in the 64,860-square-foot medical office building allows the concierge healthcare provider to serve individuals, families and organizations throughout Long Grove, Arlington Heights, Prospect Heights, Vernon Hills and neighboring communities. It is True Health’s second location. The company’s first location in Deerfield, Ill., opened in 2025 and serves the north suburbs.

Located in Lake County, 1450 Busch Parkway provides an ideal setting for True Health’s continued growth. The property features updated common areas, signage along Busch Parkway and convenient access to Endeavor Health Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights and Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. Its medical office environment and location within an established healthcare cluster continue to attract providers seeking convenient access for patients and staff.
