Continuum Advisors, a national senior housing investment sales and advisory firm, has expanded its national institutionalinvestment sales team with the hire of David Rieth as Director and promotion of Courtney Clyde to Director, both bringing experience with Blackstone portfolio companies to their roles at the Tampa-based brokerage
Rieth joins Continuum from Longview Senior Housing, a Blackstone senior housing portfolio company, where he helped oversee the asset management, financial analysis and divestment of more than $1 billion in senior housing communities nationwide.
Clyde, who specializes in financial modeling, due diligence and investor marketing at Continuum Advisors, began her career in multifamily property management at Preferred Apartment Communities, a Blackstone portfolio company, where she gained firsthand transaction experience.
The moves bolster Continuum Advisors’ investment sales bench as the firm continues to execute senior housing transactions nationally. Going back to 2001, Continuum’s principals have successfully closed more than 210 transactions across 35 states, with an average transaction size of $45 million.
