SAN TAN VALLEY, AZ —MorningStar Senior Living (“MorningStar”) and Investcor Development (“Investcor”), in partnership with EOS Residential Investors (“EOS”), have broken ground on MorningStar Senior Living at Creekside, a 117-unit senior living community in San Tan Valley, Arizona.
The two-story, 94,810 square-foot community will be developed on 5.93 acres and will include 117 units, with 89 apartments for assisted living and 28 for memory care.
Opening in 2028, MorningStar at Creekside will feature contemporary architecture and design elements to create a modern, inviting residential environment with a range of resident amenities, including indoor and outdoor dining venues, a salon, fitness center, game room, library and landscaped courtyards with a dog park. The community will also be equipped with cutting-edge technology to enhance resident wellness and care.
Located at 37587 North Prescott Court, directly across Combs Road from the Encanterra master-planned community, MorningStar at Creekside will provide residents with convenient access to nearby retail and Banner Ironwood Medical Center.
