Cleveland, Ohio and Suffolk, VA (August 25, 2026) – Woodside Health is pleased to announce the acquisition of
Nansemond River Medical Center at 150 Burnetts Way in Suffolk, Virginia. This investment is part of the continued
joint venture between Woodside Health and Heitman.

Located adjacent to Sentara Obici Hospital, Nansemond River Medical Center benefits from its strategic position
within an established and growing medical district. The acquisition includes a three-story building with
approximately 33,000 square feet of medical space, anchored by Sports Medicine & Orthopedic Center. The building
includes a variety of additional specialized medical users serving the healthcare needs of Suffolk and its surrounding
communities.
“We’re thrilled to enter the Virginia Beach MSA with the acquisition of Nansemond River Medical Center,” said Ben
Barr, Principal at Woodside Health. “We had the privilege of transacting this property with several of the tenants who
initially developed and currently own the building. We look forward to serving each of them into the future and
appreciate their trust in Woodside Health.”
This acquisition supports Woodside Health’s strategy of investing in well-located medical office buildings in markets
with high barriers to entry and strong real estate fundamentals. The transaction represents Woodside Health’s latest
addition to its growing national portfolio of healthcare real estate investments across the United States.
