ATLANTA, Aug. 27, 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK), a leading global real estate services firm, announced today that it arranged $14.1 million in financing on behalf of SB Holdings, LLC, owner and operator of The Sylvia Brafman Mental Health Center, for a two-property behavioral healthcare portfolio. The financing total included a cash-out refinance of the company’s flagship facility in Cumming, Ga., and an acquisition loan for a new facility in the Southeast.

Tyler Morss of Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Capital Markets Team led the assignment representing SB Holdings, LLC, in securing financing through Bank of America.
Located at 8025 Majors Roads in Cumming, the 33,479-square-foot facility is a purpose-built residential mental health treatment center constructed in 2017. The property serves as The Sylvia Brafman Mental Health Center’s flagship mental health and treatment campus and is 100% occupied under a long-term NNN lease to the borrower’s operating entity.
The acquisition financing supports the purchase in the Southeast, a 37,851-square-foot medical office building that will serve as The Sylvia Brafman Mental Health Center’s third treatment location upon opening. This property is planned as a 70-bed residential behavioral health facility and further expands the platform’s presence in the region.
The Sylvia Brafman Mental Health Center is a nationally recognized mental health and dual diagnosis treatment platform offering Residential, PHP and IOP levels of care. The platform was co-founded by Jaime Blaustein, CEO, and Ben Brafman, Chief Clinical Officer, and operates across facilities in Georgia and Florida, with the Southeast expansion underway.
“The Sylvia Brafman Mental Health Center portfolio represents a compelling behavioral healthcare financing opportunity, anchored by a proven operator, strong clinical platform and strategic expansion into an underserved Southeast market,” said Morss. “The transaction provides a creative financing solution that supports both the refinance of the Georgia flagship campus and the acquisition of a new Southeast location, positioning the borrower for continued growth across the Southeast.”
