The property sold for $3.63 million.

Coronado, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s St. Louis office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a Missouri-based medical office investor.
The 28,400-square-foot medical office property is located at 5780 Osage Beach Parkway within the Lake of the Ozarks region. Situated at the corner of Osage Beach Parkway and Nichols Road, the property is directly across from the Lake Regional Health System campus. Built in 2008 and renovated in 2021, the two-story building features 10 professional office suites leased on a triple-net basis, with most tenants having more than five years remaining on their leases.
