OCALA, Fla., [August 10, 2026] — A new 40,000-square-foot Class A medical office building is planned for 1208 Southeast 3rd Avenue in Ocala, directly on the recently expanded HCA Florida Ocala Hospital campus.
Expected to be completed in Fall 2028, the two-story development will offer flexible medical office suites ranging from approximately 2,500 square feet to the full 40,000-square-foot building. The project is designed for physicians, specialty medical groups, outpatient providers and other healthcare organizations seeking modern, customizable space within one of Marion
County’s leading healthcare corridors.
The building will feature approximately 20,000 square feet on each floor, abundant on-site parking and customizable buildout opportunities tailored to the operational needs of individual practices. Its hospital-adjacent location will provide convenient access to referrals, ancillary services and Ocala’s growing patient population.
