Tyler Morss Represents Onicx Health Care Real Estate in Financing of Modern 34,680-Square-Foot Medical Property in White House, Tenn.

NASHVILLE, Aug. 3, 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK), a leading global real estate services firm, announced today that it arranged $5.34 million in acquisition financing on behalf of Onicx Health Care Real Estate for Crossroads Medical Pavilion, a one-story, 34,680-square-foot medical office property in White House, Tenn., approximately 10 miles north of Nashville.

Tyler Morss of Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Capital Markets Team led the assignment representing Onicx Health Care Real Estate, the healthcare platform of nationally recognized Tampa-based real estate investment and development company Onicx Group, in securing financing through a regional bank.

Located at 491 N. Sage Road, the property was completed in 2007 and has been owned and anchored by Crossroads Medical Group since that time. The multi-specialty and primary care provider, which currently occupies 16,882 square feet, or 49% of the building, will remain the primary tenant under new ownership.

At the time of sale, the property was 100% leased and home to several notable healthcare tenants, including Ascension Health, Access Dermatology Clinic, TriStar Skyline, Star Physical Therapy and White House Pharmacy. The facility has also benefited from recent capital improvements, including a roof replacement completed in 2021 and HVAC system upgrades.

“Crossroads Medical Pavilion represents the type of high-quality, community-oriented healthcare asset that continues to attract strong investor interest across the Nashville metropolitan area,” said Morss. “We were able to secure a financing solution that aligns with Onicx’s long-term ownership strategy while recognizing the property’s stable tenancy, strong physician presence and future growth potential. Demand for well-located outpatient medical facilities remains robust as healthcare providers continue expanding closer to where patients live and work.”

Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Capital Markets Team consists of Travis Ives (San Diego), Gino Lollio (Chicago) and Tyler Morss (New York). The team is focused exclusively on investment sales as well as equity, debt and structured finance for healthcare real estate across the U.S. Their clients include investors, developers and occupiers of medical office buildings, inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and other specialty care facilities.
