CLEVELAND, OH and SOUTHLAKE, TX (July 16, 2026) – Woodside Health, an Ohio-based private equity firm specializing in healthcare real estate, has completed the sale of Cornerstone Plaza, a medical and retail property located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.
Built in 2002, the property is strategically positioned at the hard corner of Southlake Boulevard and Nolen Drive in Southlake, Texas. The asset is anchored by Cook Children’s, which provides a wide range of specialty services to pediatric patients throughout the region. In addition to its healthcare tenancy, the property includes several retail users that serve the affluent and growing Southlake community, creating a complementary mix of medical and service-oriented businesses.
“Cornerstone Plaza is exceptionally well located within the Southlake market and supported by a quality tenant roster led by Cook Children’s,” said Ben Barr, Woodside Health Principal. “We are confident the new ownership group is well positioned to continue supporting the tenants and their long-term success.”
Woodside Health continues to actively pursue healthcare real estate acquisitions throughout the United States and maintains a robust pipeline of investment opportunities. The firm remains focused on acquiring well-located medical office buildings and healthcare-related properties in markets with strong demographic trends and long-term demand drivers.
