News Release: Marcus & Millichap Arranges $5.8M Sale of Two-Suite Medical Office Property in Davison, Michigan

DAVISON, Mich., July 15, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 50,017-square-foot medical office property occupied by McLaren Health Management Group and The Cottage of Davison, in Davison, Michigan. The property sold for $5,825,000.

“The combination of a strong healthcare tenant roster & stable occupancy made this a highly attractive investment opportunity, leading to an all-cash purchase that closed ahead of schedule,” said Jacob Keith, director investments. “McLaren Health Management occupies nearly 80% of the building, while The Cottage of Davison occupies the remainder of the space and provides inpatient assisted living and memory care services.”
Keith and David Weinberg, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, the owner and build-to-suit developer. The buyer, a Michigan-based investor, was procured by a local OBR.
The two-suite office building is on 3.33 acres at 1515 Cal Drive. Built in 2003, the asset is fully occupied by McLaren Health Management Group and The Cottage of Davison. McLaren Health Management Group provides home health, palliative care, hospice, home infusion, long-term care pharmacy and comprehensive laboratory services across the McLaren Health Care system’s statewide network. The Cottage of Davison is a full-service memory care community dedicated to providing a therapeutic, home-like environment for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments.
