NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Oman-Gibson Associates (OGA), a nationally recognized healthcare real estate development firm, is pleased to announce that Michael Arvin has joined the company as Vice President of Strategy & Development. Based in OGA’s Dallas office, Arvin will support the firm’s strategic growth initiatives and work with healthcare clients nationwide to identify and advance healthcare real estate development opportunities.
Arvin brings more than 30 years of healthcare leadership and strategic planning experience to OGA. Throughout his career, he has held regional, divisional, and corporate strategy and business development roles with leading healthcare organizations, including Methodist Health System, Tenet Healthcare, HCA, and US Oncology. He has led the planning, development, and acquisition of medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, cancer centers, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, and behavioral health hospitals.
Prior to joining OGA, Arvin founded and led Alliance Strategic Health Advisors, LLC, a Dallas-based healthcare consulting firm providing strategic advisory services to healthcare organizations seeking to grow their asset base and strengthen their competitive position in an evolving healthcare environment. He is also a frequent national speaker on healthcare growth strategies and industry trends.
As OGA continues to expand its national healthcare real estate platform, Arvin’s experience in strategic planning and business development further enhances the firm’s ability to help healthcare providers identify growth opportunities and develop facilities that improve access to care. His addition reflects OGA’s continued commitment to providing comprehensive development and
strategic advisory services to health systems, physician groups, and healthcare organizations nationwide.
Arvin earned his bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and completed the Graduate Executive Education program at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is also a Fellow of the Rice Building Institute, a joint program of Rice University’s School of Architecture and Jones Graduate School of Business.
