The purpose-built inpatient rehabilitation facility (”IRF”) is fully leased to PAM Health, which will continue to operate the IRF following the sale of the real estate. Originally constructed in 2017 and expanded in 2020 to meet growing demand, the property is strategically positioned to serve the region’s increasing need for high-quality post-acute care.
Located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the facility delivers a full spectrum of post-acute care services, including stroke recovery, orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological treatment, and complex medical care. The inpatient rehabilitation hospital is designed to accommodate high-acuity patients and features private rooms, dedicated therapy spaces, and advanced clinical infrastructure within a Joint Commission-accredited environment.
PAM Health is a nationally recognized operator of more than 70 specialty hospitals and rehabilitation centers, providing inpatient rehabilitation and long-term acute care services. The system is known for its strong clinical outcomes and consistent focus on patient-centered care.
