Cleveland, Ohio and Orlando, Florida (May 12, 2026) – Woodside Health is pleased to announce the acquisition of Medical Offices at Maitland, a multi-building healthcare campus located in the Orlando MSA.

The property consists of six single-story medical office buildings totaling approximately 81,500 rentable square feet situated on 11.3 acres along Forest City Road, a major thoroughfare serving the northern Orlando area.

Built between 2005 and 2007, the campus offers strong visibility, convenient access, and ample parking to support a diverse outpatient medical tenant base. Medical Offices at Maitland is approximately 85% occupied at time of acquisition and features a broad mix of healthcare tenants, including primary care, diagnostic imaging, dialysis, and laboratory services.

“In recent years, the Orlando MSA has experienced significant population growth alongside limited new medical office development.
