8324 Oswego Road is 100% occupied by three major tenants. Crouse Medical Practice, an affiliate of Crouse Health, occupies 53% of the building. Crouse Health is one of the leading healthcare systems in the Syracuse market. The balance of the medical office building is leased to Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists, one of the largest orthopedic practices in Central New York, and Syracuse Gastroenterological Associates, a leader in digestive health in the Syracuse market for over 50 years.
8324 Oswego Road is located 5.5 miles from the site of the new Micron semiconductor facility which is anticipated to have a transformative effect upon the Central New York region’s economy.
