Berkadia is pleased to announce that Jordyn Kelly has joined Berkadia Medical & Life Sciences as a Vice President, based in Denver, Colorado. Reporting to Senior Managing Director – Head of Medical & Life Sciences, Sabrina Solomiany, Kelly began her role on April 16.
Kelly will oversee all phases of the sale and financing process from pre-marketing through closing, managing timelines, due diligence, investor communication, and closing deliverables to ensure an efficient, well-coordinated transaction and a strong client experience.
“Jordyn brings a rare combination of institutional investment experience, execution capability, and client-first mindset to our Medical & Life Sciences platform,” said Solomiany. “Her background spanning acquisitions, dispositions, and advisory work across leading healthcare real estate organizations gives her a deep understanding of what our clients need in today’s market. We’re excited to welcome her to the team and confident she will play a key role in expanding our platform and delivering best-in-class outcomes for our clients.”
Prior to joining Berkadia, Kelly served as Director of Business Development at Welltower, where she sourced, evaluated, and led healthcare real estate investment opportunities, supported outpatient medical portfolio disposition efforts, and developed and managed relationships with owners, brokers, developers, and operators to expand the acquisition pipeline while aligning sourcing strategies.
Kelly is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Denver.
