Osceola County, Florida, Jan. 7, 2026 – Osceola County is moving forward in health care access and economic opportunity. On Monday, the Osceola Board of County Commissioners approved a transformative purchase-and-development agreement with AdventHealth for 20 acres at NeoCity South, paving the way for a new, state-of-the-art health care campus and a vibrant expansion of medical services in one of Central Florida’s fastest-growing regions.
Under the agreement, AdventHealth will build a multifaceted health care campus in a phased approach, culminating in a hospital with at least 80 beds and room to expand to 200 beds, over the next eight years. This investment is poised to bring high-wage jobs, attract top medical talent, and give Osceola residents direct access to premium health care without leaving their community.
“The health and well-being of our residents is paramount in every decision we make as a Board,” said Commissioner Brandon Arrington, Chairman of the Osceola Board of County Commissioners. “By making strategic investments and expanding relationships with partners such as AdventHealth, we’re shaping a brighter and healthier future for our residents and visitors—ensuring we are first to what’s next in providing world-class healthcare in our own backyard for decades to come.”
The new facilities will introduce an expanded footprint for AdventHealth’s renowned whole-person care philosophy — providing compassionate, comprehensive care that supports the body, mind and spirit. For Osceola families, this means more personalized treatment, greater access to specialists and advanced technologies, and significantly reduced travel times for essential services.
It’s a significant expansion of AdventHealth’s Osceola County care network, which also includes hospitals in Kissimmee and Celebration, the AdventHealth Partin Settlement ER and health park, and a newly opened ER in Poinciana.
