Women’s Healthcare Plaza sold to Georgia-based SG Property Services, LLC.

Strategically located at 3440 R.C. Luttrell, Women’s Healthcare Plaza was completed in 2017 and is situated on the campus of the 326-bed Norman Regional Hospital. The two-story medical outpatient building is 100% leased to Norman Regional Health System, a leading healthcare provider with 90 locations across Oklahoma. The first floor features an 11,423-square foot breast imaging and surgery center equipped with advanced diagnostic technology. The second floor is a 14,336-square foot women’s health services suite, offering gynecology, obstetrics, fertility treatments, and on-site diagnostics. Women’s Healthcare of Norman utilizes this space for outpatient appointments, benefiting from the proximity to Norman Regional Hospital for deliveries.
