ohnson City, New York – June 26th – Crown MedRealty Partners (“CROWN”), a premier healthcare real estate firm headquartered in Kansas City, is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of a physician-owned, single-tenant, medical outpatient building (“MOB”) and ambulatory surgery center (“ASC”) in Johnson City, New York.
The 25,648 square-foot facility is fully leased to Sambursky Eye & Esthetics, a leading full-service ophthalmology provider that has served New York’s Southern Tier for over 50 years. In 2024, Sambursky Eye joined the SightMD platform, one of the fastest-growing integrated eye care organizations in the country, operating more than 65 locations across five states.

With this acquisition, Crown has now added over 250,000 square-feet of healthcare assets in 2025 alone.
