SAN ANTONIO, Texas – June 24, 2025 – Berkadia announced today the sale of a medical building: Methodist Hospital Northeast Plaza II, located in Live Oak, Texas, a growing northeast suburb of San Antonio. Senior Director Vasili Davos, Senior Managing Director and Head of Medical & Life Sciences Sabrina Solomiany and Managing Directors Chris Lashmet and Eric Lee of Berkadia Medical & Life Sciences led the transaction on behalf of the seller, San Antonio-based Milam Real Estate Capital.

The three-story medical outpatient building is 100% leased to an exceptional roster of high-caliber medical tenants including 73% direct occupancy by Methodist Healthcare. The first floor features a 24,000 square foot, four operating room, Methodist Healthcare ASC, specializing in oral, gynecologic, GI and ENT procedures. The second floor is occupied by Sports Medicine Associates of San Antonio, Northeast Pulmonary Sleep Associates, Virtuosa GYN and Methodist Healthcare Alamo City Surgeons. The third floor features a 24,500 square foot Methodist cardiology clinic.
