CBRE facilitated the sale of Arbor Lakes Medical Building, an 89,052-square-foot medical outpatient building (MOB) located at 12000 Elm Creek Boulevard North, Maple Grove, Minnesota on behalf of Minnesota based Olympus Ventures.
