JLL represents landlord in transaction at medical office building
LOS ANGELES, April 4, 2025 – Confirming demand for well-located medical office properties in the Los Angeles area, JLL announced today that it has signed UCLA Health to a 22,224-square-foot lease renewal at a three-story 54,930 -square-foot medical office building located at 2825 Santa Monica Boulevard in Santa Monica, California. The space primarily serves as research lab and medical office space associated with the UCLA Health Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center.
JLL’s Bryan Lewitt, Chris Isola, and Monica Enes represented the landlord, Harrison Street Real Estate with Anchor Health Properties as third-party asset manager, in the lease. UCLA Health was represented in-house by Matt Ceragioli and Greg Park.

“Compelling relocation options for tenants of this stature are limited in the Westside market, leading toward a higher likelihood of renewal and the ability for ownership to secure a competitive rental rate and favorable lease terms,” said Bryan Lewitt, JLL Managing Director.
According to JLL’s Q3 Los Angeles Medical Outpatient Building Report, “quarterly vacancy rate was unchanged from the prior quarter suggesting a stable leasing market that is benefiting from consistent demand and a lack of new medical outpatient building construction.”
