Three of the four properties were purpose built for the Florida Medical Clinic (“FMC”) in 2021 and 2022 and the remaining property was extensively renovated by FMC to meet the needs of the rapidly growing community. In August 2023, Florida Medical Clinic was acquired by Orlando Health (Moody’s ‘A2’), a 26-hospital, private not-for-profit, integrated academic healthcare system with $12 billion of assets under management, that serves the southeastern United States.
