Woodside Heath Acquires Baseline Medical Plaza in Phoenix MSA

CLEVELAND, OH (March 6, 2025): Woodside Health announces its acquisition of Baseline Medical Plaza in Gilbert, AZ. The investment is part of the joint venture between Woodside Health and Heitman. This represents the ventures 8th property acquired in the past 5 months.

The acquisition includes four individual buildings with a total of 39,000 SF of medical office space. Located on the frontage of Baseline Rd, the property is located with proximity to Banner Gateway Medical Center and the MD Anderson Cancer Center.
