Edmond, Oklahoma – February 19, 2025 – Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare announced today the successful sale and financing of a 90-unit assisted living and memory care community in Edmond, Oklahoma. The transaction closed on February 14.
Managing Directors Cody Tremper, Dave Fasano, Ross Sanders, and Mike Garbers of Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare represented the seller, StoneCreek Real Estate Partners. The property was acquired by Legend Senior Living, a premier Kansas-based senior living provider. The community will operate moving forward as Legend of Edmond.
Managing Director Rafael Nobo and Assistant Vice President Alec Rosenfeld of Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare secured the acquisition financing through Fannie Mae. The loan features an attractive rate and interest-only period.
Built in 2016, the property features chef-prepared dining, comprehensive wellness services, a fitness center, and salon. The community is among the newest and most well-appointed seniors housing communities located in the Oklahoma City market, which has seen minimal new development over the past four years.
