SUGAR LAND, Texas (Jan. 30, 2025) – Edloe Realty’s Managing Director, Shehzad F. Roopani, proudly announces the grand opening of a new Class A medical office building in Sugar Land, marking a significant expansion for the Edloe Health Network. The 16,100-square-foot facility at 6927 Brisbane Ct. will host a grand opening celebration on Friday, Jan. 31, featuring cocktails, curated bites, live music, and guided tours from 4-7 p.m.
The new center will serve as a hub for advanced healthcare services, meeting the growing demand in the Sugar Land community. Edloe Health, a trusted healthcare network for more than 15 years, occupies 5,600 square feet of the center, and 8,000 square feet is leased byTexas Advanced Surgery Center. Chris Wadley and Madeline Cleary of JLL spearheaded leasing efforts for the property. Houston-basedIdentity Architects and Identity Built served as the architect and design-build firm, while DSO Construction was the general contractor.

The center provides medical evaluations, orthopedic, pain management and a comprehensive range of diagnostic imaging services, including MRI, CT, X-ray and ultrasound, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and patient comfort. Having previously operated in a leased facility since 2014, Edloe Health now cements its presence with a permanent, purpose-built medical office designed to enhance patient care and accessibility in the area.
