Chicago – BMO’s Healthcare Real Estate Finance group announces that it has closed on a $28.4 million term loan with UDLR to finance a portfolio of three medical outpatient buildings (the “Portfolio”). The Portfolio totals approximately 269,000 square feet and includes a 92,000 square foot MOB on the campus of Banner Thunderbird Hospital in Glendale, Arizona, which BMO provided acquisition financing for in December 2023, as well as new acquisitions including a 114,000 square foot MOB located on the campus of Henry Ford Rochester Hospital in Rochester, Michigan and a 63,000 square foot MOB located on the campus of CommonSpirit’s Holy Cross Hospital – Jordan West campus in Salt Lake City, Utah.
