News Release: Cushman & Wakefield Awarded Leasing Assignment for 30,000-SF Medical Office Building Within Floridian Town Center

ORLANDO, Florida, January 21, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield announced the commercial real estate services firm has been awarded the 30,000-square-foot medical office leasing assignment for Floridian Town Center, a large scale mixed-use development project that will deliver late 2025 and be located in Apopka, Florida.

Anne Spencer of Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Healthcare Advisory Practice will oversee leasing efforts for the medical office portion of the project, which includes a two-story building, on behalf of the landlord, CR Endeavors.

“This is an exciting project to launch with the landlord and is coming at a time where the area is experiencing tremendous growth and an even higher need for quality medical office space,” said Spencer, Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Healthcare Advisory Practice.

Situated just 5 miles north of the AdventHealth Apopka hospital and located immediately off Highway 429 and just north of Highway 441, Floridian Town Center’s planned outpatient medical office facility is positioned to accommodate tenant requirements up to 30,000 square feet with the ability to deliver an even larger building if needed.

The overall Floridian Town Center project will sit on 65 acres in the Apopka submarket of Orlando and be developed over various phases. Upon completion, the project will include dedicated medical office space, up to 74,000 square feet of retail, 600 multifamily units and a hotel with 137 beds.

“Working with Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Healthcare Advisory team is a natural fit for this project. We are excited to be able to bring additional healthcare opportunities to Apopka residents, as well as the retail, hospitality and residential offerings at Floridian Town Center,” said Christy Roddy, Chief Strategy Officer at CR Endeavors.
