News Release: Just Financed — Montefiore Community Oncology Building

Berkadia Medical & Life Sciences is pleased to announce the acquisition financing of Montefiore Community Oncology Building, a three-story, 34,900 square foot Article 28 ASC, imaging, and medical outpatient building located in the South Bronx, NY, on behalf of Chicago Pacific Founders Healthcare Real Estate (“CPF HCRE”). The multi-tenant property was built in 2017 and is 100% leased and anchored by Montefiore Health System and Downtown Bronx ASC. Sabrina Solomiany and Mike Cerny acted as exclusive advisors to CPF HCRE. Berkadia Medical & Life Sciences secured a $75M pooled loan facility at highly competitive terms and this is the first seed property under the facility.
